Our Process

From the very first contact through the entire life of your system, your account manager will always be with you to answer any questions you have. Before we break ground, our team of experts will ensure that all permits and applications are filled out and filed correctly and that they're filed in the right order with the right people. This includes government incentive and local rebate applications, where applicable.

Once necessary permission has been granted and permits obtained, your installation team and account manager will be available to answer any questions that may arise. Our automated update system will also keep you apprised every step of the way. Components are shipped in on demand as arrays are installed.

We don't disappear when the installation is complete. Our 24x7 monitoring service will alert our support team to any issues, often before you're even aware. Major issues are addressed within 48 hours of discovery.
